Returns

We hope you love your Maison Maia order, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us. Your Maison Maia order must be registered for return and sent back to us within 14 days of the item being dispatched. (Please note we must receive the item back by no later than the 14th day)

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style we recommend returning the original item for a refund and buying the new item.

Please note we do not offer free returns; therefore, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs and returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. To complete you return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
