We hope you love your MAIA, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days from the dispatch date. ( Please note We must receive the item by the 14th day latest )

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style we recommend returning the original item for a refund and buying the new item.

Please note we do not offer free returns; therefore, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs and returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. To complete you return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
