If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will be informed immediately

RETURNS

We hope you love your MAIA, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days from the dispatch date. ( Please note We must receive the item by the 14th day latest )

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style we recommend returning the original item for a refund and buying the new item.
